A full-day practicum on Oct 3, 2026. Morning: clarifying a problem down to one pain-point sentence, mapped onto a four-quadrant work grid with red/amber/green signals. Afternoon: building a manual and a working HTML artifact using nothing but a browser and ChatGPT. 26 practitioners completed the day; each took home a personalized report with a before/after of their own work

I taught the first four units (12 of 30 hours): AI trends, hands-on generative AI, from Chat to Agent, and RAG with cloud deployment. Plant staff from eastern Taiwan stone factories went from opening ChatGPT for the first time to publishing a website that answers only from their own data — all with free tools. Back on Oct 21 for the capstone presentations

First session: 16 students about to start engineering roles worked a real municipal brief around one question — if AI can generate anything, why would a company still pay for you. Students then voted the topic for the next stage, and I was invited back to lead "AI Development in Practice: Ship Your First AI App"
